Id and entry
You’ll need a digital ticket and valid photo ID. No ID, no entry.
Don’t print your ticket — just save the PDF or a screenshot to your phone, and make sure your screen brightness is up. Every ticket is scanned at the gate. If your ticket has already been scanned, entry will be denied.
Don’t share your ticket or screenshot it for your mate — it won’t work for them, and it won’t work for you either.
Wristbands must be worn at all times while on site.
Name Change, Resale and refunds
We have a 1 ticket 1 person policy. This means you dont need to complete name changes but once the ticket is scanned it will register as used and you cannot reuse it.
We’re sorry but there is no refunds if you change your mind - so please consider this when purchasing your ticket. However we have enabled resale through Humanitix to keep it fair and safe.
The only official resale platform is Humanitix. You cannot list your ticket on Tixel or other resale platforms.
This is for your safety and to prevent scams.
Bus tickets
We have buses operating from the coastal towns of Port Elliott and Middleton - they’ll depart from Port Elliott Bakery at 11.30am and 12.20pm and Middleton Tavern Carpark at 11.45am, 13.10pm on the way in, then depart Home of Plenty to return to the same stops at 2.15am, and 3.00am sharp. If you have a ticket, make sure you’re on the bus!
Camping car passes
You will need one car camping pass per vehicle - these are seperate to your event ticket. These can be purchased at the same time as the event tickets. We will be scanning these on entry and this gets you entry to the campsite.
vip and glamping
Sorry we dont have either of these.
