1. Pick a Tier. Choose the level that fits your access and benefits: Access, Lounge, or Luxury.

2. Get the Pass. Once you join, we’ll email a digital ID to your Apple or Google Wallet. This is your key to the property and facilities via the booking system.

3. Use the Dashboard. Log in to your private member area to book the tennis court or pool and access your member-only discount codes, and info.

4. Stay & Play. Scan your digital pass at the cellar door for your perks, pick up of equipment and use your member code for other benefits.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll lose access to facilities and benefits on cancellation.

  • Show your digital wallet pass at the cellar door to check in for facilities use and for discounts off food and drinks. For accommodation and online wine orders, use the member code found on your private dashboard.

  • Yes, but you must be present. We limit it to three guests per member for the pool and tennis court to ensure space.

  • Lounge and Luxury packs ship mid-December. Ensure your delivery address is updated in your account settings by December 1st.

  • Log in to your member dashboard to access the private booking calendar. Sessions are capped at one hour per day if there are other bookings to keep things fair.
