By checking the agreement box on our sign-up form and downloading your digital membership pass, you agree to the below.

Membership Eligibility and benefits

  • You must be 18 years or older to join the Leisure Club and redeem any wine-related perks. We look good for our age, and we know you do too—so our team may ask for valid photo ID to match the name on your digital pass at the venue.

  • Membership is completely free and completely digital.

  • Your pass is non-transferable. It’s tied to you and you alone. Sharing screenshots of your unique QR code with friends to pass around discounts isn't allowed, and our team reserves the right to double-check matching IDs at the counter.

Membership Tiers & Benefits

Your membership benefits depend on your selected tier at the time of joining or renewal:

Free Tier (Mailing List)

  • Benefits: Access to exclusive Leisure Club offers on new vintages, information on upcoming events, and early access to event ticketing.

  • Exclusions: Does not include access to physical venue facilities (Tennis Court, Pool, Sauna), member discounts, or birthday/sign-up gifts.

Access Tier ($35 / year)

  • Benefits: Access to the Tennis Court facility; one (1) complimentary glass of wine on sign-up; 10% discount on the online store and takeaway bottles from the cellar door; $10 flat-rate shipping on all online purchases; one (1) free bottle of wine during your birthday week (must be claimed in-venue and on dine in purchase only); invites to Leisure Club events; and early access to Day Moves tickets.

  • Exclusions: Does not include Pool or Sauna access, or discounts on in-venue food, beverage, or accommodations.

Lounge Tier ($195 / year)

  • Benefits: Access to the Tennis Court, Pool, and Sauna facilities; one (1) complimentary glass of wine on sign-up; 15% discount on the online store, takeaway bottles, in-venue food & beverage, and accommodations; $10 flat-rate shipping on all online purchases; one (1) free bottle of wine during your birthday week (must be claimed in-venue on dine in); invites to Leisure Club events; early access to Day Moves tickets; one (1) pair of wine glasses; and one (1) seasonal allocation package (Spritz pack or 3-pack of wine) shipped in November.

Luxury Tier ($295 / year)

  • Benefits: Access to the Tennis Court, Pool, and Sauna facilities; one (1) complimentary glass of wine on sign-up; 20% discount on the online store, takeaway bottles, in-venue food & beverage, and accommodations; $10 flat-rate shipping on all online purchases; one (1) free bottle of wine during your birthday week (must be claimed in-venue); invites to Leisure Club events; early access to Day Moves tickets; one (1) pair of wine glasses; and two (2) seasonal allocation packages (Spritz pack or 3-pack of wine) shipped in November and May.

Facility Use & Booking Policy

! Important Notice: No Pre-Bookings !

All physical facilities—including the Tennis Court, Pool, and Sauna—operate strictly on a "First-In, Best-Dressed" basis.

  • On-Arrival Booking Only: Facilities can only be booked in person at the venue immediately upon your arrival. Pre-booking online, via email, or over the phone is strictly unavailable. You must have a valid Access, Lounge or Luxury pass which is scanned on entry to gain access.

  • Availability: Membership does not guarantee instant or exclusive access to any facility at a specific time. Access is subject to venue capacity, safety limits, private events, maintenance, and weather conditions.

  • Fair Use: To ensure all members enjoy the facilities, the venue reserves the right to impose reasonable time limits per session during peak periods.

Claiming Perks & Discounts

  • In-Venue Verification: To claim any in-venue discount, complimentary sign-up glass, or birthday bottle, you must present your valid digital member wallet pass to staff before placing your order or settling your bill. Retroactive discounts will not be applied.

  • Birthday Bottle: The free birthday bottle must be claimed physically at the venue during the calendar week of your birthday. It cannot be shipped, exchanged for cash, or claimed outside of your birthday week.

  • Seasonal Merchandise & Wine Allocations (Lounge & Luxury): November and May shipments are handled automatically using the shipping address on your Outseta profile. It is your responsibility to ensure your address is accurate.

Fees, Billing & Automated Renewal

  • Subscription Cycle: Paid memberships (Access, Lounge, Luxury) are billed annually. By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge your nominated card the annual fee automatically on your renewal date.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust membership fees. If pricing changes, we will provide you with at least 30 days' written notice via email before your auto-renewal processes.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your membership at any time through your member profile portal. Cancellation stops your next automated annual renewal; it does not trigger a prorated refund for the remaining months of your current billing cycle.

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

In strict accordance with the Liquor Licensing Act 1997 (SA):

  • You must be 18 years or older to purchase a paid membership or receive any alcoholic perks (including the sign-up glass, birthday bottle, or seasonal packs).

  • Venue staff retain the absolute legal right to refuse service of alcohol or entry to the facilities to any member or guest who appears intoxicated, disorderly, or fails to provide valid proof of age ID upon request.

Liability & Fair Conduct

  • Risk: Use of recreational facilities (including the tennis court, pool, and sauna) involves inherent physical risks. Members use these facilities entirely at their own risk. To the extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law, the venue is not liable for personal injury, loss, or property damage sustained while using the facilities.

  • Code of Conduct: We maintain a respectful, family-friendly environment. We reserve the absolute right to suspend or permanently terminate any membership, without a refund, if a member behaves aggressively, damages property, violates safety signs, or abuses staff or other guests.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled exclusively within the courts of South Australia.
